The Velocity Property Group was established by Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer Brendon Ansell and listed on the Australian Stock Exchange (ASX: VP7) on 7 February, 2017.

    VPG is a purpose built residential project sales and marketing company which has extensive experience from initial concept and planning through branding, marketing and final sales delivery for project initiators.
    We know how to market and sell development sites, built and off-plan townhousing and apartment projects in urban infill environments.
    Over many years, our expertise has been successfully applied to planning and design advice, market trend and demand analysis, feasibility studies, pricing management, yield maximisation, new market creation and successful marketing of special projects.
    Our team has over 50 years of combined experience in driving property strategies from project inception through to delivery and sale. We bring creativity, insight and unparalleled experience to each development.

  2. Joint Ventures

    Over the years, VPG have engaged in selected Projects with Landowners where funding and/or guidance through the Development process has been required. The exciting world of Development has many challenges and as a part of our Abundance Mentality, we enjoy the opportunity of assisting others in achieving their dreams of building and creating quality Projects, whether of a small, medium or large nature.

  3. Finance and Capital Funding

    VPG was born out of the enormously successful mortgage business, Velocity Finance Qld. While this business has since been sold down, we remain in the enviable position of being able to assist with funding projects or linking budding Developers with other appropriate lending opportunities.
