Brendon was appointed as Managing Director of Velocity Property Group in 2015. Brendon is a property developer with over ten years experience having commenced as a financier for property developer clients before moving full-time into property development. Brendon has completed projects both through his own development companies and as part of joint ventures with other equity participants.
After a twenty year career in the PC Industry primarily focussed on IT Deployments and Business Transformation for IBM and other companies, Philip began funding property developments in Brisbane in 2013 in conjunction with 8I Holdings and Velocity Property.

Phillip joined VPG after 13 years in public practice where he provided his clients with practical, commercially focused advice regarding accounting, taxation and structuring matters to name but a few. He also specialises in business performance & cash flow monitoring and reporting which enables business decisions to be made effectively and efficiently.
Executive Assistant to CEO
Trina is the back-bone of the Velocity business on an administrative level, responsible for day-to-day Business Operations, and also as Executive Assistant to the Director of the Company, Brendon Ansell.
Mr King has over thirty years of real estate experience covering portfolio and asset management, acquisitions, development, valuation and research. He has focused on acquisitions and developments in his roles for developers and HNW investors over the past ten years, and now manages this for Velocity Property Group.
