Tony is a founding Director of 360 Capital Group and has worked in the property and property funds management industries for over 20 years. As Managing Director, Tony is responsible for the Group’s investments, strategic direction and overall Group strategy. He has overseen the IPO on the ASX of three AREITs since 2012 as well as the creation of various unlisted funds, undertaken various corporate acquisitions and disposals, mergers and acquisitions and the ASX listing of 360 Capital Group.

Tony has formerly held numerous senior roles and directorships at Mirvac Group, James Fielding Group and Paladin Australia. He also held positions at Jones Lang LaSalle and CB Richard Ellis. He graduated from Curtin University with a Bachelor of Commerce (Property), has a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment from the Financial Services Institute of Australasia.

Brendon Ansell

Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer

Brendon was appointed as Managing Director in 2015. Brendon is a property developer with over ten years experience having commenced as a financier for property developer clients before moving full-time into property development. Brendon has completed projects both through his own development companies and as part of a joint venture with other equity participants. In particular Brendon has worked closely on funding projects through structured hybrid debt/equity arrangements.

Brendon has completed over 15 medium density residential, townhouse and mixed use developments, most recently in New Farm, Bulimba, and Hawthorne including Bulimba Sky Apartments, Annie Street apartments in New Farm, Cascade on Princess Street (Bulimba), Fusion 462 in Hawthorne and Arbor on Oxford Street in Bulimba.

Philip Raff

Executive Director and Commercial Manager

Philip completed a Bachelor of Business and after a brief stint with a Chartered Accounting Firm began a twenty-year career in the PC Industry primarily focused on IT Deployments and Business Transformation.

He left the PC Industry in 2013 and began funding property developments in Brisbane with Velocity Property Qld. This collaboration was formalised in 2015 with the creation of Velocity Holdings Pty Ltd.

Philip is also a licensed Real Estate Agent in Singapore where he lives with wife and three children and is the Treasurer of his daughters’ gymnastics club.

James Storey

Non-Executive Director

James has 15 years' experience in real estate funds management with significant experience investing across debt, equity and corporate transactions. James was the Fund Manager of the 360 Capital Office Fund (ASX: TOF) and 360 Capital Industrial Fund (ASX: TIX) with a combined gross assets of over A$1.1b and is currently the Head of Real Assets and Fund Manager of 360 Capital REIT (ASX:TOT)

Prior to his tenure at 360 Capital, James held the role of Investment Manager at Brookfield Office Properties, Senior Analyst at Valad Property Group and worked for Ernst & Young within its Transaction Advisory Services team.

James has a Bachelor of Business (Property Economics) from the University of Western Sydney and a graduate certificate of applied finance and investment. He is also a licensed real estate agent and qualified valuer.

Phillip joined VPG after 13 years in public practice where he provided his clients with practical, commercially focused advice regarding accounting, taxation and structuring matters to name but a few.


He also specialises in business performance & cash flow monitoring and reporting which enables business decisions to be made effectively and efficiently.
